Day 2 – Nourish vs Punish

Action: At the point of decision to either eat, or not eat, ask yourself “will this NOURISH me, or PUNISH me?

You can apply this question to activities, events and even spending time with other people! Do they add to your happiness, joy and sense of calm and wellbeing, or do they wind you up and leave you with a bunch of negative emotions (which can of course trigger emotional eating!).
