HOW IT WORKS

We start on Monday 12th December.

Each day you’ll receive an email reminding you to log in and watch that day’s video. Set a bit of time aside to not just watch, but to THINK about that day’s theme.

You will have access to our community chat on the dashboard too – the more you put in, the more you will get out! Share how you find the daily videos, give feedback on how you got on the day before, or just be honest and tell us what’s going on for you!

Each evening, I’ll be in the community chat LIVE to answer questions and expand a bit on what the theme for the day is. This challenge is about YOU taking some time for yourself every day to put actionable tools and practices in place.

When you take care of yourself first, you are able to take better care of others too.
